Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation can be done through your account settings (when available) or by contacting support@kallfi.com.

Virtual credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or used.

If you believe there is an error (e.g., duplicate charge or technical issue), contact billing@kallfi.com within 7 days.

If you don’t recognize a charge or believe there’s an issue, please contact billing@kallfi.com before opening a dispute so we can help resolve it quickly.

Charges may appear on your statement as “Kallfi” or a similar descriptor.
